BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING

        DECEMBER 4 TH , 2006

MEMBERS PRESENT: John Michener, Judy Thompson, , Lynn Davis, and Ron Slavenas.

MEMBERS ABSENT: Mike Evers and Rocky Dander

OTHERS PRESENT: Paul Bafia and Toni Barkey

CALL TO ORDER: John Michener call the meeting to order at 6:320pm.

TOPICS FROM THE FLOOR: None

CONSENT AGENDA: Judy Thompson made a motion to accept consent agenda with adding the executive legal wording. Lynn Davis 2nd the motion. Vote was taken and all voted yes. Motion passed.

OLD BUSINESS: Rocky Dander here at 6:35pm. Tax levy-George Ogorek was to be here. The hearing was changed to December 18 th .

IPRA State Conference-Paul Bafia gave us a copy of the conference schedule. We need to sign up by Dec. 28 th . Let Paul Bafia know at next meeting.

2007-pool rates-Rec Committee meeting was postponed-no new rates as of yet.

2007 Spring Election Packets-were put in the board packets for those who are up for re-election. Any questions call Paul Bafia. The re-election packets are due by end of January.

NEW BUSINESS: January meeting dates-1 st meeting date is 1-01-06. Should we meet on the 2 nd & 3 rd Mondays or just the 3 rd Monday? We will wait and see.

Executive Directors Job description-Paul Bafia wrote the job description per PDRMA. Eventually this will need to be passed. Please review and make recommendations. A committee of Judy Thompson, Ron Slavenas, Lynn Davis, and Sue McCluskey will review and made a recommendation to the board. Paul Bafia will also attend that meeting. This is to be done by the end of January.

Directors Evaluation-Paul Bafia will deliver a copy of the evaluation off. Go thru and have ready by next meeting.

DIRECTORS REPORT: Finished everything.

EXECUTIVE SESSION: Mike Evers made a motion to go into Executive Session. Ron Slavenas 2 nd the motion. Vote was taken. All vote yes and into executive session at 6:50pm.

Out of executive session at 7:25pm.

ADJOURNMENT; Rocky Dander made a motion to adjourn. Mike Evers 2 nd the motion. Meeting adjourned at 7:26pm.
