KIDS PRESCHOOL (2008-2009 SCHOOLYEAR PROGRAM)
Your child will be excited to find out what is in store for them each
day…Teachers assist in nurturing your child’s social, emotional,
physical and intellectual growth through play. Children will participate
in arts and crafts, movement skills, color and number recognition activities
and age appropriate learning
sheets. Teachers encourage curiosity and individuality in a positive environment
to ensure that a joy of learning is developed. Children must be the appropriate
age by September 1, 2008 and must be able to take care of their own bathroom
needs. Classes begin Tuesday, September 2, 2008 and will follow the Genoa-Kingston
School District schedule through Wednesday, May 20, 2009.
Classes are held at the Chamberlain
Recreation Center Preschool Room. Register now to ensure your child’s
participation. Preschool teachers are hired for their experience, love
of children and patience. Preschool Director, Gina Probeck, would be happy

This is a wonderful program if you are interested in learning the sport
of football. This is an introductory level that teaches the children the
basic fundamentals of football. This program will give the children the
opportunity to be part of a team, make new friends, and have fun. Each
week, this program will encourage teamwork, respect for others and fair
play. We will travel to Hampshire for some games.

SPORTS BRITISH SOCCER CAMPS
This camp focuses on challenging players to improve with maximum participation
and fun. Teamwork, sportsmanship and self-discipline are stressed along
with individual foot drills, technical drills, practice and coached scrimmages.
Instructors are professional soccer players who hold a national coaching
license. Each participant will receive a soccer ball and t-shirt if registered

KIDS KLUB AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM - We
pick 'em up
A safe and fun environment for your child (ran) to spend after school
time with friends. We will provide a snack, play games, crafts and various
other activities. Kids Club provides a flexible schedule of activities
and opportunities for all. We have “homework lists” for parents
wanting we pick up Early releases are a part of this program. The program
hours are dismissal time until 6:00 pm. Program is available to kindergarten
thru 5th graders.
Handbooks are available
at the office and necessary forms must be completed prior to beginning
the program. Participants of our after school program receive 10% off
on many other programs.
Genoa-Kingston School District Students will be picked up by the Park
District van and may be transferred to another school by the School District
bus. Program is held at Chamberlain Park Recreation Center.

Join Master Instructor Sean Marbutt, a three time US Martial Arts Hall
of Fame inductee, as he leads his students to develop discipline, focus,

CHAMBERLAIN DAY CAMP
Come spend your summer with the Park District and make new friends. Camp
Chamberlain offers games, crafts, swimming, trips, and “Camper of
the Week Awards”. So join up with your friends and make new ones
at camp. Be sure to dress in play clothes and wear tennis shoes to be
comfortable for a day of fun. A t-shirt is given to every camper. Campers
will need to bring a sack lunch and beverage, swimsuit, towel and sun
block every day unless otherwise noted. A daily snack is given to campers.
Each week will be different so sign up for more then one! Pool passes
are not required. No credit or refund given for missed days. Participants
of Day Camp receive 10% off on youth swim lessons.
Registration deadline is one week prior to the week of camp unless that
week is full. To reserve a spot a $10.00 non-refundable deposit per week
is required. The deposit will be applied towards camp fee and balance
must paid the Wednesday prior to the week attending. A late fee of $10.00
will be charged if not paid on time. Parents should pick up a handbook,
review and complete and return the forms required.
